Measurement of DEA-Based ICT Development Efficiency Level with Modified CCR Method

Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is the use of non-parametric mathematical programming that useful for measuring efficiency Decision Making Unit (DMU) an organization. This study uses Cooper and Rhodes (CCR) method known as DEA-CCR multiplier which aims to determine weight value each input output variable DMU being evaluated, but it not sufficient measure optimization. To get efficient a reference updated values. So obtained evaluated. The results this show how modify Multiplier Model-CCR into Model-CCR. Then displays level evaluated result gets from processing LINDO application. Illustrations changes in variables are displayed form tables figures before after changes. modified model can also complete super efficiency, effectiveness productivity.
